Our high quality meat is carefully selected by our professional, meat passionate grill-men, while the process of meat dry-aging is done on the premises in special refrigerators for long time periods of two-three weeks. We then roast our meat on a coal grill that gives it its unique aroma and flavor.
La Vaca Loca’s South American experience is complimented by Argentinean starters and side dishes, as well as dishes of other cuisines that receive here a South American twist.
La Vaca Loca is available for private events. Enjoy here a very fleshy event with a special atmosphere, meat and flavors that can only be provided by a restaurant with 25 years of experience.
